Today, we’re chatting about a few signs that might be time for a social media break. As a full-time content creator, it probably sounds ironic that I advocate to take time off social media. But taking time off is healthy. I take time off and in fact, I’m planning on taking at least three months off with maternity leave coming up.

1. You’re in the comparison game
2. You’re consistently feeling disappointment or discouragement after posting online
3. You’re feeling like you’re spending too much time on social media
4. You’re experiencing negative emotions like anxiety, loneliness, or anger after being online
