Tip 1: Create designated workspaces
At the beginning of the pandemic, I worked on our kitchen counter and my husband Brandon worked in our bedroom. We didn’t have the space for both of us to have work from home spaces. But when we bought our home, we knew we needed to have a home office.
Today, Brandon and I share an office. I can work in the office and on the dining room table. I prefer a lot of light in the room.
If you live in a small space, I recommend even finding a blank wall and ordering a small desk to place your work items. It’s helpful to carve out a space to work.
