I’m currently reading Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski. I’m blown away by what I’ve learned.

As a creator, a new mom, a former aerospace project manager, a former graduate student working full-time, a former college student and more, I’ve dealt with stress for as long as I can remember. I wish I had a book like this in my early 20s. So today, I wanted to share one of the main things I’ve learned with this book:
